It started off as a 10k challenge to give myself more reason to run, which I never thought I'd follow through. But follow through I did and dare I say it, I am beginning to rather enjoy running.

Day #3: 5 Crunches
Yes you read right. I did a grand total of 5 crunches yesterday. I was really tired and was pretty happy to hop into the shower and go to bed. But in the whole doing something by way of sport for 21 days thing, there you go. 5 crunches!
A jack of most sports, master of absolutely none.
I love my gear sometimes a wee bit more than my sport, but I've come to realise that without the actual sport, the gear would be redundant.
In a perfect world, all races would serve JD Cokes as a post-race beverage.
